  We were looking for a place to stay while traveling on I-70 and discovered this wonderful hotel in Palisade, CO. Whether you're traveling or planning to use this as a destination resort to visit the 20+ wineries in the area, you cannot go wrong. The restaurant serves fantastic food! I had a shrimp Caesar salad, and my wife had the New York Strip, which was much larger than the 12oz cut . The entire hotel was spotless, well appointed and had the feel of a much larger hotel. The staff was friendly and professional. The free buffet breakfast was similar in food selection to other travel hotels, but was much better in quality. Choose this place and you won't be sorry.
